When you enquire, we receive your name, business name, email address, a description of your organisation and the problem you would like to solve. We also keep relevant correspondence and project information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information through this form.

We use these details to understand your enquiry, respond, prepare proposals and manage our business relationship. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.

Who processes your information

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and securely stores project enquiries. Resend delivers the internal notification so we can respond. We share information with service providers only as needed for these purposes, and with professional advisers or authorities where necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiries while they are active and review unsuccessful or inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months from the last meaningful contact. If a project proceeds, relevant records may be retained for contractual, legal, tax or dispute obligations.

Your rights
